Services & Fees

I do not currently accept insurance. However, many insurance companies offer out-of-network benefits. If you would like to use out-of-network benefits, I am happy to provide you with a superbill for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.

  • 60-minute in-person or telehealth appointment where I gather more information about your presenting concerns and treatment goals, and determine the best treatment fit, whether with me or another provider in the community.

  • 50-minute therapy session focusing on addressing your anxiety and OCD-related concerns.

Good Faith Estimate Notice

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your mental health care will cost.

Under the law, health care providers are required by law to provide uninsured and self-pay patients a good faith estimate of costs for services that they offer when scheduling care or when the patient requests an estimate.

You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services. You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service.

If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
